Prayers for a New School Year
As we approach the start of a new school year, anxiety is high for many facing the numerous uncertainties the year brings. There are a lot of tough decisions being made, and while the "right" answers are for moving forward may be unclear, we are reminded of Paul's words to the Philippians:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Christin has put together a downloadable list of prayer suggestions for each day from now until the first day of school to guide you in lifting our teachers, administrators, school staff, students, and families up in prayer. Rather than worrying or complaining, let's pray for our schools this month.
